Toilet Call System – Distributor/Central Unit 4 Lines
This device, the central element of the assistance call system, is designed to handle four independent alarm lines from toilets. The distributor allows for effective response to reports in places such as reception or security, ensuring comfort and safety for users. It is particularly useful in commercial buildings – retail, restaurants, offices and hotels – where compliance with accessibility regulations is key.
The VoCall CFEA Eaton system, of which this distributor is a part, is characterized by its simple installation and operation. It operates on a two-wire technology, which simplifies installation and minimizes cabling costs. Thanks to the built-in LEDs, it is easy to identify the line from which the report came. Additionally, the device signals an alarm audibly with the possibility of muting.
Construction and functionality
The CFEASL4 distributor works with the complete VoCall CFEA Eaton system. It allows you to output the alarm signal from a maximum of four toilets to a central monitoring point. Each toilet does not require its own power supply – power is supplied centrally by the power supply of the CFEAPULLKIT kit (available separately). The device has a built-in emergency power supply, which ensures continuous operation even in the event of a mains power failure. Mounting is surface-mounted, and compact dimensions (86 mm high, 146 mm wide and 39 mm deep) allow for discreet installation. The operating voltage is 12V DC.
Application and compatibility
This distributor is an ideal solution for facilities requiring compliance with accessibility standards for people with disabilities. It can be used in both new and modernized buildings. It is worth remembering that each line of VoCall CFEA Eaton peripheral devices can be expanded with a maximum of one element (e.g. additional alarm buttons). A dedicated power supply and a two-core cable for connection, as well as a mounting box (e.g. HBBOX) are required for proper operation.
