The XLB1004 top and bottom frame is a key element in building durable and functional electrical enclosures. Made of steel, it provides a stable base for mounting components, and its dimensions (width 380 mm, depth 1010 mm, height 250 mm) allow for flexible adaptation to various applications. The design also allows for coupling (series/cascade connection), which increases the possibilities of expanding the installation.

The surface finish of the frames in the form of powder coating in RAL 7035 color guarantees resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. Impact resistance at the level of IK10 confirms the high strength of the frame, which is particularly important in demanding industrial conditions. Compliance with the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive EMC ensures minimization of electromagnetic interference, affecting the stable operation of connected devices. The maximum load of the enclosure reaches 5000 N, and the mounting plate 4000 N, allowing for the safe placement of even heavy components.

Functionality and ease of assembly

The mounting plate with adjustable depth facilitates precise adaptation to the needs of a specific installation. The lack of locks eliminates the need for additional security, and the possibility of floor or wall mounting provides flexibility in choosing the location. Embossments have been omitted in the design, which simplifies the drilling and mounting process of additional elements. The frame is compatible with metric systems – although it does not have dedicated connection holes – it allows for their easy execution.
