This 2K two-component box is a solid solution for safely routing electrical installations indoors and outdoors. Made of high-quality thermoplastic, it provides durability and resistance to weather conditions. The IP55/IP65 protection rating guarantees effective protection against dust and water jets, making it ideal for humid environments such as basements, workshops or external installations.

The box is designed with the convenience of both installers and end-users in mind. External handles facilitate mounting, and flexible 20mm membranes provide a tight cable entry. The set includes PG 13.5mm IP68 threaded cable glands, which further increase the level of protection against moisture and dirt. The box design allows for mounting in both horizontal and vertical positions, providing great freedom of arrangement.

Construction and materials – the key to long-lasting reliability

The 2K box features an innovative two-component injection method (PP/TPE), which combines the strength of PP plastic with the flexibility of TPE. This combination provides resistance to mechanical damage, impacts and UV radiation. The material is also resistant to many chemicals, increasing its durability in harsh operating conditions. The surface finish is matte, which minimizes glare and improves the aesthetics of the installation.

The box has a certificate of conformity with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and PN-EN-60670-1 standard, confirming its safety of use. Thanks to this, you can be sure that the electrical installation is made in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. A RAL value close to 9003 indicates a light gray color of the housing – neutral and suitable for most environments. The width and height of the accessories are 150 mm, and the depth is 46 mm – these dimensions allow for easy adaptation to the existing electrical infrastructure.
