Flush-mounted distribution box for safe and aesthetic installation

The DARP-48S modular distribution box from the Quiteline series is a solid and functional solution for electrical installations in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Designed for flush mounting, it provides an aesthetic appearance and protection against external factors. Designed with the convenience of both installers and end-users in mind, it offers easy access to circuits and the possibility of expanding the installation.

Construction and distinguishing features

The distribution box housing is made of high-quality polystyrene, and the frames and doors are made of white lacquered aluminum (RAL 9010). This combination of materials guarantees durability, resistance to mechanical damage and an aesthetic appearance. Adjustable frames allow adaptation to different plaster thicknesses, and built-in gaskets provide a high degree of protection IP54 – resistance to splashing water and ingress of solids. Inside there are removable aluminum TH rails (on skids) with 29mm space for free cable routing and insulated N+PE busbars for increased safety. Equipped with circuit description labels, it facilitates the identification of individual lines.

Application and compliance with standards

The DARP-48S distribution box is designed for mounting 3 rows of 16 modules each, providing a total of 48 module spaces. It is ideal for installations requiring protection of a large number of circuits. The product meets the requirements of PN-EN 62208:2011 standard and has Class II protection and IK07 impact resistance. The possibility of purchasing metal or plastic locks further secures access to the inside of the distribution box.
