The hermetic distribution box RHp-8/Z is a reliable solution for protecting electrical installations in places exposed to moisture, dust and mechanical damage. This model features a lock, which further protects against unauthorized access.

Construction and application

The RHp-8/Z distribution box is made of high-quality ABS plastic, which is characterized by resistance to high temperatures (up to 960°C – glow wire test for the terminal block) and stability in a wide temperature range from -25°C to +60°C. It is equipped with transparent, tinted side-opening (left or right) doors, which allow for easy inspection of the interior without having to open the housing. The IP65 protection class guarantees complete sealing against dust and water ingress, making it ideal for use in damp rooms such as bathrooms, laundry rooms or basements. In addition, high impact resistance (IK07) ensures durability and reliability even in harsh operating conditions.
