Flexible coupling for installation conduits

The ZCLF 28 black flush-mounted flexible coupling is a component of the cable management system, designed for connecting RL and RS installation conduits in electrical installations with a diameter of 28 mm.

Construction and materials

The coupling body is made of polypropylene (PP). This material is resistant to gasoline, glycol, kerosene, diesel fuel, silicone oil, and transformer oil.

The coupling has a total length of 160 mm and is closed. The internal surface is polished.

Performance and safety

The product operates in a temperature range from -15°C to +60°C. The coupling has a fire reaction class F, which means it is flammable.

Due to the lack of UV resistance, the product is intended for indoor use.

Compliance with standards and operating conditions

The ZCLF coupling meets the requirements of standards PN-EN 61386-1:2011/A1:2019 and PN-EN 61386-25:2012, confirming its compliance with European standards for cable management systems. The product also holds certificates of conformity with the LVD 2014/35/EU directive and the RoHS 2011/65/EU directive.
