The RL 28 black rigid conduit with a 320N resistance is a high-quality electrical installation component made of durable polyvinyl chloride (PVC), specifically designed to protect and guide insulated conductors and cables in electrical installations. Thanks to its special PVC formula, the product is characterized by a high mechanical strength coefficient, guaranteeing reliable operation for many years.

Construction and technical parameters

The conduit, with an outer diameter of 28 mm and an inner diameter of 25.5 mm, provides optimal space for cable routing while maintaining compact dimensions. The B-s2,d0 flame-retardant rating means the material does not spread flames, significantly increasing the safety level of the electrical installation.

A compression resistance of 320 N and an impact resistance class of "Light (class 2)" make the conduit suitable for both standard mounting conditions and locations exposed to accidental mechanical damage. An operating temperature range from -25°C to +60°C allows the product to be used in practically any climatic conditions found in Poland.

Environmental and chemical resistance

A special feature of this conduit is its UV radiation resistance for temperate climates, which eliminates the problem of material degradation due to sunlight during outdoor installation. High chemical resistance at room temperature covers a wide range of substances: alcohols, aromatic-free gasoline, various types of oils, and acids (including hydrochloric, nitric, and sulfuric acids).

This versatile chemical resistance makes the conduit suitable not only for standard domestic and industrial installations but also in environments with increased chemical aggressiveness.

Applications and mounting possibilities

The versatility of this solution is confirmed by its wide range of mounting possibilities - the product is suitable for surface-mounted and flush-mounted installations, and performs well when mounted on wood or in hollow walls. The conduit can be used both inside buildings (machinery and equipment installations) and outdoors - it is designed for external and sub-surface (screed) installations.

Additionally, the product is suitable for underground installations and can be used as a protective sheath for conductors routed in concrete (although it is not intended for direct embedding in concrete). The standard version has a length of 3 meters, providing an optimal balance between ease of transport and installation efficiency for larger investments.
