Adjustable handle ERX.78 B-M8-C2 Z014754
Adjustable handle – reliable mounting in confined spaces
The ERX.78 B-M8-C2 adjustable handle is a solid and functional solution for precise and quick mounting of components. Made of high-quality glass-fiber reinforced technopolymer, it guarantees durability and resistance to solvents, oils, and lubricants. The handle design allows for easy adjustment of the arm to any position without loosening the clamp – an ideal solution where space is limited.
This handle finds application in many industries, from mechanical engineering to automation, where frequent and secure mounting of components is required. Thanks to the use of a stainless steel AISI 302 spring, the arm automatically returns to the locked position when released. The brass insert with a through-hole thread ensures a durable and safe connection. The knurled part of the arm facilitates initial tightening, and the ergonomic shape ensures comfortable operation.
Strength and durability for demanding applications
The ERX.78 handle has undergone rigorous strength tests, confirming its reliability even with intensive use. In the ELESA+GANTER laboratory, the ERX.78 model passed over 100,000 clamping cycles at a force of 490 N without damage. The use of a special glass-fiber reinforced technopolymer translates into significantly higher resistance to loads than in the case of standard handles. This is crucial for applications requiring frequent repetition of clamping and loosening cycles.
The handle is available in various colors (Elecolors), both in matte and glossy finishes, allowing it to be matched to the aesthetics of the device or workstation. The handle design allows the arm to be repositioned during clamping – simply lift the arm to disengage the clutch and set it to the desired position. When released, the spring automatically engages the locking mechanism.
