The ERX.78 adjustable handle is a solid and functional solution for precise fastening of elements, ideal for both workshops and industry. Made of high-quality glass-fiber reinforced technopolymer, it guarantees exceptional resistance to external factors and long-lasting reliability. The handle design allows for quick and easy adjustment of the arm to any position, without the need to loosen the clamp – which significantly speeds up work and increases user comfort.

The ERX.78 handle is particularly useful in situations where limited space makes traditional fastening difficult. The clutch mechanism allows the arm to be adjusted even with minimal access, providing flexibility and convenience during work. Materials and construction for demanding applications

The handle body is made of polyamide (PA) reinforced with fiberglass, which ensures high resistance to solvents, oils, greases and other chemicals. The clamping element is made of black technopolymer with a knurled part to facilitate initial tightening – a practical solution for installers that allows for a quick and secure grip. Inside the handle there is a spring made of AISI 302 stainless steel, guaranteeing smooth and reliable operation of the clamping mechanism. The threaded pin made of brass ensures a solid connection with the fastened element.

The handle is available in gray-black color (matte finish) or in one of the Elecolors colors (gloss finish), allowing it to be matched to the aesthetics of the workstation or machine. It is worth noting that ELESA handles have passed rigorous strength tests – the ERX.78 model has been documented to withstand over 100,000 clamping cycles at a force of 490 N, confirming its exceptional durability and reliability in harsh working conditions.
