The ERX.78 P-M8X30-C1 adjustable handle is a solid and functional solution for precise fastening of elements. Made of high-quality glass fiber reinforced technopolymer, it guarantees strength and resistance to external factors. It is ideal for both workshops and industry, where reliability and quick adjustment of position are required.

This handle stands out for its versatility – its design allows the arm to be repositioned in any position without loosening the clamp. This is particularly useful in situations where space is limited and frequent adjustments are commonplace. The durability is confirmed by laboratory tests – the ERX.78 model has been documented to withstand over 100,000 clamping cycles at a force of 490 N, which proves its long service life even with intensive use.

Materials and construction for demanding applications

The handle body is made of polyamide (PA) reinforced with glass fiber, which ensures resistance to solvents, oils, greases and other chemicals. The clamping element is made of the same material in black and has a knurled protruding part to facilitate initial tightening. Inside the handle there is a return spring made of stainless steel AISI 302 and a brass threaded pin M8x30 ensuring stable mounting. Thanks to this combination of materials, the handle is not only durable but also resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage.

The handle is available in various Elecolors (C1 - RAL 7021, C2 - RAL 2004, C3 - RAL 7035, C4 - RAL 1021, C5 - RAL 5024, C6 - RAL 3000, C17 - RAL 6017), allowing it to be matched to the aesthetics of the workstation or to mark different functions. Matte or glossy finish further enhances the visual appeal of the product.
