The ERX.78 P-M8X40-C5 adjustable handle is a solid and functional solution for precise fastening of elements. Made of high-quality glass-fiber reinforced technopolymer, it guarantees strength and resistance to external factors. It is ideal for both workshops and industry, where reliability and quick adjustment of position are required.

This handle is distinguished by a design that allows the arm to be adjusted during clamping – simply lift the lever to disengage the clutch and set it to the desired position. When released, a stainless steel spring automatically engages the clamping mechanism. This solution is particularly useful in situations where access to the fastening element is limited.

Durability confirmed by tests

The handle's construction has undergone rigorous laboratory tests, which have demonstrated its high resistance to cyclic loads. The ERX.78 model withstands over 100,000 clamping cycles at a force of 490 N, which proves its reliability even with intensive use. Reinforced polyamide (PA) provides resistance to solvents, oils, greases and other chemicals, extending the product's life and minimizing the risk of damage in harsh working conditions.

Comfort and aesthetics

The handle is equipped with a knurled grip for easy pre-tightening. The body is made of technopolymer in a gray-black color with a matte finish (C5 – RAL 5024), which provides an aesthetic appearance and comfortable work. Additionally, a glossy finish version is available in a wide range of Elecolors, allowing you to match the handle to individual preferences or the color scheme of the machine. The arm made of black technopolymer with knurling facilitates mounting and adjustment. The internal M8 thread allows for quick mounting to various structures. The spring made of AISI 302 stainless steel ensures smooth operation of the clamping mechanism for a long time.
