This ERX.78 adjustable handle is a robust solution for precise and quick fastening of components. Made of high-quality glass-fiber reinforced technopolymer, it guarantees strength and resistance to oils, greases and other chemicals. The handle design allows easy adjustment of the arm to any position without loosening the clamp – an ideal solution in confined spaces.

The ERX.78 handle stands out not only for its durability but also for its ease of use. The knurled section facilitates initial tightening, and the stainless steel AISI 302 spring ensures a quick return to the working position after releasing the arm. This makes the fastening process not only secure but also fast, which translates to increased work efficiency.

Materials and construction for demanding applications

The handle is designed for intensive use. The technopolymer based on polyamide (PA) is characterized by high resistance to mechanical and chemical damage, making it ideal for industrial applications. The brass threaded pin provides a stable and secure connection. It is worth noting that ELESA handles are tested for resistance to a large number of clamping cycles – the ERX.78 model withstands over 100,000 cycles at a force of 490 N, which confirms its reliability even in the most demanding conditions.

The handle is available in various colors (Elecolors), both in matte and glossy finishes, allowing it to be matched to the aesthetics of the workstation or machine. Color C4 (RAL 1021) is one of the available finishing options.
