Handwheel VDT.100+I A-10-K is an element used for manual control of machines and devices. Made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide (PA) technopolymer, it is characterized by high strength and resistance to mechanical damage. A matte finish provides a secure grip and comfortable use.

Construction and mounting

The wheel has a black oxidized steel insert with a reaming hole, standardly in H7 tolerance – which facilitates precise mounting. A version with a keyway is also available, where the hole is made in H9 tolerance. Additionally, it is possible to use an axial locating washer of type GN 184, which increases stability and safety.

Ergonomics and functionality

The specially profiled rim with protrusions on the underside significantly facilitates gripping and maneuvering the wheel, even in difficult working conditions. This translates into greater control accuracy and reduced operator fatigue. The wheel design has been patented by ELESA (Reg. U.S. Pat.& TM Off.), which demonstrates its uniqueness and high quality of workmanship.
