Handwheel – a reliable control element

This handwheel, model VRTP.100+IR A-8, is a solid and functional element designed for precise control of mechanical devices. Made of high-impact technopolymer based on polypropylene (PP), it is characterized by high resistance to solvents, oils, lubricants and other chemicals. The wheel has a self-adhesive disc made of anodized aluminum, allowing for easy marking or identification. The wheel design is designed for easy assembly and disassembly – assembly is by pressing, and disassembly by pressing on the outer edge (original ELESA design). The steel hub with a bore in tolerance H7 ensures precise fit and stability during use.

Design and application

The VRTP.100+IR A-8 handwheel is equipped with a folding handle of type IR.620, made of polyamide (PA) reinforced with fiberglass. This handle is also certified according to FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) standards, confirming its safety in contact with food. The solid construction of the wheel, without rear recesses, makes it easier to keep clean – this is particularly important in applications requiring high hygiene standards.
