Handwheel – a reliable control element
This handwheel, made of high-impact technopolymer based on polypropylene (PP), is a solid and durable control element, ideal for various industrial applications. This material is characterized by high resistance to solvents, oils, lubricants and other chemicals, ensuring long-term reliability even in harsh conditions. The matte finish provides comfortable use and an aesthetic appearance.
The wheel is equipped with a self-adhesive disc made of anodized aluminum, allowing for easy marking or identification. The VRTP.375 version has a disc made of polyester-based (PBT) technopolymer in gray RAL 7035 with a glossy finish. Mounting is by press-fit, and disassembly is simple – just press on the outer edge (original ELESA design).
Construction and mounting
At the heart of the wheel is a black oxidized steel hub with a hole bored to a standard H7 tolerance. This ensures a precise fit and stable mounting. The wheel is supplied complete with a type I.621 rotating handle, made of high-strength polyamide (PA), also certified to FDA standards. The handle is black and has a matte finish, and its connection to the steel pin guarantees durability and safety.
