The VRTP.200 A-20 handwheel is an element used for manual control of machines and devices. Made of high-impact technopolymer based on polypropylene (PP), it is characterized by high resistance to solvents, oils, greases and other chemicals. The matte finish ensures a firm grip, and the solid construction guarantees long-lasting and reliable operation.

Materials and construction – the key to durability

The core of the wheel is made of black oxidized steel, with a reamed hole standardly in tolerance H7. This ensures precise and stable mounting. A version with a keyway is also available, where the hole is made in tolerance H9. The wheel has a self-adhesive disc made of anodized aluminum, and in the VRTP.375 variant – a disc made of polyester-based technopolymer (PBT) in gray RAL 7035, with a glossy finish. The wheel design allows for easy press-fit mounting and disassembly by pressing on the outer edge – this is an original design solution from ELESA.
