Handwheel VRTP.300+I A-26 Z012918
Handwheel VRTP.300+I A-26 is an element of machinery and equipment, designed for manual control of various mechanisms. Made of high-impact polypropylene (PP) based technopolymer, it is characterized by high resistance to solvents, oils, greases and other chemicals. The matte finish provides a secure grip and aesthetic appearance.
Design and materials
The core of the wheel is made of black oxidized steel, with a through hole bored to a standard H7 tolerance – which facilitates precise mounting. Thanks to the use of high-quality materials, the wheel is durable and reliable even in demanding working conditions. Additionally, versions with a keyway are available, where the hole is made to an H9 tolerance. The wheel has a self-adhesive disc made of anodized aluminum, and in the VRTP.375 variant a disc made of polyester (PBT) based technopolymer in gray RAL 7035 with a glossy finish.
Application and functionality
The handwheel VRTP.300+I A-26 finds wide application in mechanical industry, laboratory equipment, production lines and wherever precise and ergonomic manual control is required. This model, equipped with a type I.621+x rotating handle, provides comfortable use and increases work efficiency. Thanks to the original ELESA design – mounting is done by pressing, and disassembly by pressing on the outer edge – wheel replacement is quick and easy.
