This handwheel from the VRTP.80 A-10 series is a reliable component for manual control of devices and machines. Made of high-impact plastic, it provides durability and resistance to chemicals, oils, and lubricants. Ideal for industrial applications where precision and reliability are required.

Design and mounting

The wheel features a solid construction. The black oxidized steel insert has a reamed hole, standardly in H7 tolerance – which facilitates precise fitting to the shaft. Mounting is by press fit, and disassembly is easy thanks to the original ELESA design, allowing the wheel to be removed by pressing on the outer edge. A version with a keyway and a hole made to H9 tolerance is also available.

Materials and properties

The polypropylene (PP) used guarantees high mechanical strength and chemical resistance. The black, matte finish provides an aesthetic appearance and comfortable use. Additionally, the wheel has a self-adhesive cap made of anodized aluminum, which increases its functionality and durability. The maximum torque is 32 Nm, and the impact resistance is 5 J – confirming its solidity and reliability in harsh working conditions. The wheel weighs only 0.062 kg, making it easy to install and operate.
