Alternatively, type E with a full arm equipped with a welding lug is available, allowing for permanent mounting of the clamp to the structure.

Design and application

GN 810 clamps are based on a simple lever principle, providing effective clamping with minimal operator effort. The lever and clamping arm move in the same direction, and the vertical position of the lever in the closed position ensures convenient operation. Different types of clamps (A, C, E) allow you to tailor the solution to specific application needs.

• Type A: Split arm with two sliding pads – a universal solution for various shapes of parts. Can be used with different clamping screws.
• Type C: Split arm with two sliding pads and clamping screw GN 708.1 with neoprene pad – a ready-to-use solution providing precise clamping.
• Type E: Full arm with welding lug – ideal for permanent installations and specific applications requiring a strong connection.

All moving parts are factory lubricated, ensuring smooth operation and long service life. The handle made of high-quality red plastic is oil-resistant and comfortable to grip. The hardened steel construction (from size 200) further increases strength and resistance to mechanical damage.
