GN 810 Clamps – Reliable Clamping in Industry and Workshop

GN 810 clamps are versatile fastening elements used in many industries, as well as in workshops and device manufacturing. They are characterized by a solid construction and precise workmanship, which guarantees reliable operation even in demanding conditions. Made of hardened steel, they ensure durability and resistance to loads.

Design and Application

GN 810 clamps are available in several versions, adapted to different needs:

• Design A: split clamping arm with two sliding pads – ideal for applications where adjustment of the clamping position is required. Allows precise adaptation to the shape of the clamped element.
• Design E: solid clamping arm with an eye for welding – dedicated to situations where a permanent and rigid connection is needed. Allows easy attachment to a welded structure.
• Design C: split clamping arm with two sliding pads and a clamping screw GN 708.1 with a neoprene pad – provides precise clamping and protection of the clamped element's surface.

All moving parts are factory lubricated, ensuring smooth operation and long life. The handle is made of high-quality plastic, resistant to oil. Hardened steel (from size 200) further increases the strength of the structure.

Materials and Resistance

GN 810 clamps are standardly made of C10 steel, surface hardened and blue zinc-plated, providing protection against corrosion. Versions made of AISI 304 stainless steel (marked as NI) are also available, which are characterized by even greater corrosion resistance and are ideal for use in aggressive environments or requiring hygiene. All versions have hinge pins made of heat-treated steel and hinge bushings surface hardened (for sizes ≥ 230).
