Lightning conductor wire guide – reliable wall mounting

This copper holder with a pin, 160 mm long, is designed for safe and durable guidance of lightning conductor wire on building walls. Made of copper, it provides excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, which is crucial in overvoltage protection systems. The holder is compatible with wires with a diameter of 8 to 10 mm and allows maintaining an appropriate distance from the wall – from 100 to 150 mm.

Design and installation

The holder's design is based on a solid screwed/bolted mounting with an additional expansion pin, which guarantees stability even in difficult conditions. Made of copper both the supporting element and the upper and lower part of the clamp, it ensures material homogeneity and minimizes the risk of galvanic connections. A metric thread size of M12 facilitates assembly and disassembly if necessary. In accordance with PN-EN 62305-2:2009, holders should be mounted every maximum 1 meter to ensure optimal protection against atmospheric discharges.
