A single-pole surge protector with a module width of one module (18 mm) provides protection against overvoltages caused by indirect lightning strikes, e.g., in homes, offices, or industrial buildings. ESPAC V T2 20/275 series surge protectors are dedicated for use in sub-distribution boards of buildings. It is equipped with a replaceable module with an optical indicator showing the device status: green - operational, red - module replacement required. The device can be installed in two positions on a TH 35 rail. Power supply terminals can accept cable or busbar - fork-type and pin-type. The presented ESPAC V T12 12,5/275 series surge protector is used in buildings with TN network systems (TN-S, TN-C, TN-C-S).
