(N)YM-J cable is a versatile installation cable, widely used in building electrical installations, both in dry and humid conditions (but not directly in water). Its construction ensures reliable and safe power transmission. This cable is particularly popular when performing electrical installations in apartments, offices, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities.

The (N)YM-J 5x10 mm² cable is characterized by five cores with a cross-section of 10 mm², allowing for the transmission of higher currents and powering devices with higher power consumption. Made of copper cores insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), it provides good flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The outer PVC coating additionally protects the cable from the influence of atmospheric and chemical factors.

Thanks to the core cross-section of 10 mm², this cable is designed for circuits with higher current loads. The minimum bending radius during permanent installation is 103.2 mm – it is worth considering this when designing the cable route to avoid damage and ensure proper installation operation. It should be remembered that the permissible operating temperature of the cores is up to 70°C and the ambient temperature during installation is from -5°C to +5°C.
