Construction and properties

The cable stands out for its exceptional durability thanks to the use of EPR rubber insulation and a reinforced outer jacket made of chloroprene rubber. This combination of materials guarantees resistance to mechanical damage, crushing, moisture, as well as the effects of oils, lubricants and gasoline. The conductors made of 100% copper provide low resistance and minimize power losses. Color identification of the conductors (according to PN-HD 308 S2:2007) facilitates assembly and connection. The cable is round, making it easy to route in tight spaces.

Application and operating parameters

The H07RN-F (OnPD) 5G25 cable is designed to power portable and mobile receivers with high power consumption – both in dry and humid environments, indoors and outdoors. It is ideal for use on construction sites, in industrial and agricultural workshops, and for powering factory machines and equipment. It is perfectly suited for connecting power tools (drills, circular saws), hot plates or inspection lamps.

The cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 750 V / 450 V, which ensures safe operation in various installations. The conductor cross-section of 25 mm² allows for the transmission of large currents without the risk of overheating. The cable has 5 conductors made of copper, guaranteeing excellent electrical conductivity. The conductor insulation is made of EPR rubber, providing high resistance to mechanical and chemical damage. The outer jacket made of chloroprene rubber protects against the effects of external factors such as oils and lubricants and provides flame retardancy. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 33.8 mm – important information when planning cable routes. The minimum bending radius for fixed installations is 135.2 mm – this should be taken into account during installation to avoid damage. The permissible operating temperature of the conductors is a maximum of 60°C, and the ambient temperature during laying is a minimum of -25°C – important when choosing the appropriate working conditions for the cables.

The cable meets the EN 13501-6 class Eca standard in terms of reaction to fire – which means limited flammability and smoke emission in the event of a fire. This is important for ensuring safety in the event of a fire hazard.
