Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction with five copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm². These conductors are stranded (class 5), which gives them high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. Insulation made of EPR rubber (Ethylene-Propylene) and an outer coating of chloroprene rubber (Neoprene) guarantee high resistance to abrasion, oils, greases, and weather conditions. Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties even at low temperatures (down to -25°C). The rated voltage of 450/750V allows for wide application in various installations.

Safety and compliance with standards

The cable meets the safety requirements of PN-EN 50525-2-21 and PN-EN 60332-1-2, which confirms its resistance to flame propagation. Additionally, it is oil-resistant according to EN 60811-2-1. The color coding of the conductors (yellow-green, blue, brown, black, gray) makes it easier to connect and identify the wires correctly. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 12.1 mm, and the minimum bending radius in fixed installations is 48.4 mm – it is worth taking this into account during installation.
