Construction and properties

The H07RN-F cable is characterized by a construction that ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Copper cores of flexibility class 5 (multi-strand) are surrounded by a durable ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR) insulation, which provides excellent dielectric properties and abrasion resistance. The whole is protected by an outer jacket made of the same material – EPR rubber – which further increases resistance to mechanical damage, oils, and weathering. The absence of a screen eliminates the risk of electromagnetic interference in some applications, and the round shape makes it easier to route cables in tight spaces.
