Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction that provides high functionality and safety. It is made of multi-strand copper conductors of flexibility class 6, covered with an oil-resistant and flame-retardant rubber coating. This combination of materials ensures not only excellent electrical conductivity but also resistance to oils and reduces the risk of fire spreading in the event of a failure. The rated voltage of 100/100 V makes it an ideal choice for welding applications. The outer diameter of the cable is 8.1 mm for a cross-section of 10 mm², which affects its ease of use and routing.

Application and user parameters

The H01N2-D (OnS 1) cable is perfect for demanding welding applications. Its flexibility allows for free adaptation to the shape of the welded elements, and resistance to low temperatures (down to -20°C) enables work even in difficult weather conditions. The minimum bending radius depends on the cable diameter: for diameters up to 12 mm it is 4D, for diameters from 12 to 20 mm – 5D, and above 20 mm – 6D (where D is the outer diameter). Remember to maintain these parameters during installation to avoid damage and ensure long-term reliability. The cable is available in coils or on drums, which facilitates its storage and transport.
