Universal mounting element for buttons and lamps

The T0-BA intermediate body is a key mounting element, enabling correct and safe installation of control buttons and signal lamps in control panels, control cabinets and machine enclosures. Designed to work with the SP22 and ST22 series, it provides a solid connection between the actuator (button or lamp) and the panel, as well as easy mounting and dismounting of connectors.

Mounting and dismounting – simple and intuitive

The installation process is extremely simple. After placing the actuator in the standardized opening of the panel (diameter 22.3 mm) and securing it with a nut, the intermediate body snaps onto the actuator. This provides a stable mounting, ready for connecting connectors. Dismantling is just as easy – simply release the clips of the intermediate body and the mounting nut of the actuator. The whole process can be carried out with a standard flathead screwdriver, minimizing downtime during servicing or modification of the installation.

Construction and application – flexibility for professionals

The intermediate body acts as an adapter between the actuator and the control panel. It allows mounting from 1 to 6 connectors (depending on the version), allowing you to create complex control stations tailored to individual needs. This makes it possible to effectively use space on the panel and easily expand existing installations. The construction of the intermediate body also provides mechanical stability and resistance to vibrations, which is particularly important in demanding industrial conditions. It is a universal element, finding application in a wide range of industries – from industrial automation to machine and equipment construction.
