The SZR hermetic IP65 EMITER distribution box, dedicated to Huawei L1 inverters, is a key element of a photovoltaic installation, ensuring safe and reliable connection of the system to the grid. The design of this distribution box is designed to protect against weather conditions and mechanical damage, guaranteeing long-term and trouble-free operation.

Construction and application

The distribution box is designed for surface mounting and provides IP65 protection – high resistance to dust and water jets. It allows for correct connection of the Huawei L1 inverter to the grid, and also protects circuits against overload and short circuit. It is an ideal solution for both installers and end users who expect reliability and safety of the photovoltaic system. Inside there are terminal blocks to facilitate the connection of power cables to the inverter, grid and emergency circuits. Additionally, the distribution box has M20 cable glands (3 pcs) and M16 (1 pc) for convenient cable entry.

The distribution box allows operation with a maximum phase current of emergency power supply at the level of 16A. It is designed to operate at temperatures from -20°C to +40°C, which ensures its reliability in various climatic conditions. The RCBO B16 30mA protections used protect emergency receivers from electric shock and short circuits. The maximum disconnection current of the inverter is 16A. Thanks to this solution, it is possible to safely connect receivers with a power of up to 3.68kW in emergency mode (with appropriate inverter configuration).
