Wind turbine – independent energy source
The 300W wind turbine is an effective solution for people looking for an independent energy source, ideal for both off-grid and hybrid systems. Compact dimensions (diameter 1m, height 1.2m) and weight of 48kg make installation relatively simple, and the turbine can be installed in places with limited space. Thanks to the ability to work with batteries with a voltage of 24V, 48V or 96V DC, it can be easily integrated with existing installations.
Construction and efficiency
The turbine uses a disc generator with no friction elements, which translates to maintenance-free operation and long life. The construction based on a vertical axis of rotation (VAWT) ensures independence from wind direction – this is a simpler, lighter and more durable solution than traditional turbines. The blades made of monolithic aluminum profiles are resistant to thermal expansion and mechanical damage. High turbine efficiency – converting 71% of wind energy into electrical energy – guarantees effective use of natural resources.
Durability and protection
The turbine was designed with long-term use in harsh weather conditions in mind. Steel elements are galvanized, aluminum anodized, and the whole is covered with white C5+M class paint – this provides excellent anti-corrosion protection. The turbine has been tested in wind tunnels and in natural conditions, confirming its resistance to strong winds and changing weather conditions. The bearings are characterized by high quality and a guarantee of at least 20 years of operation. Additionally, vibration isolation has been used, which minimizes noise during operation. Low starting speed (from 1.2 m/s) allows for energy generation even in weak winds.
