The HI 1.5/8 ERHL cable end is an element used to terminate electrical wires, providing a safe and durable connection. Designed for wires with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², it finds application in both electrical installations of buildings and in electronic devices. Construction and materials – a guarantee of quality

Made of copper, it is characterized by high electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. Tinning of the surface further protects against oxidation, ensuring long-term connection reliability. Red polyamide insulation not only protects against accidental short circuits but also facilitates the identification of a wire with a given cross-section. The insulating ferrule increases resistance to vibrations and facilitates wire mounting.

Application and compatibility

HI 1.5/8 ERHL end terminals are dedicated to flexible stranded wires. Thanks to the standard construction (compliant with DIN 46228/4) they are compatible with most connectors and devices available on the market. The nominal cross-section of 1.5 mm² makes them ideal for connections in circuits with medium load. The length of the ferrule is 8 mm, and the total length of the end terminal is 14 mm. The inner diameter is 1.7 mm.
