ERHL insulated crimp terminals from ERGOM are elements used to terminate copper wires, providing a safe and durable electrical connection. Construction and application

The HI 25/22 ERHL terminal (and other available cross-sections) consists of a copper sleeve crimped onto the wire and an insulating polypropylene cover. This design not only protects the connection from short circuits but also increases its mechanical strength and resistance to vibrations. They are designed for use with flexible stranded wires. Galvanic tinning provides additional protection against corrosion, which is particularly important in harsh environmental conditions.
