Distribution block – reliable connection and safety

The four-pole TD 80/100A distribution block is a solid solution for electrical power distribution, designed for both professional installers and end-users. Made of high-quality thermoplastic and brass, it ensures durability and reliability in demanding conditions. A transparent protective cover and insulating screens facilitate visual inspection of connections, while the possibility of mounting on a DIN rail or metal plate provides flexibility during installation.

Construction and operating parameters

The TD 80/100A block is designed with safety and ease of use in mind. It withstands a rated current of up to 100A (IEC), and in the case of short-term overloads – up to 4.5kA for 1 second. The maximum peak short-circuit current is 20kA. The use of halogen-free plastic and compliance with UL94V-0 standard guarantee limited flammability of the material, which increases the safety level of the installation. This block is also compliant with IEC 60947-7-1 and EN 45545 (HL3 classification for R23 and HL2 for R22), confirming its suitability for applications requiring high safety standards, e.g. in rail transport.

Connection and mounting flexibility

The distribution block offers a wide range of wire connection possibilities. On the line side, wires with a cross-section of 10 to 25 mm² can be connected, while on the output side, three connections are available for 1.5 - 4 mm² wires and three for 2.5 - 6 mm² wires. This configuration allows the block to be adapted to different installation needs. Compact dimensions (64 x 90 x 50 mm) and low weight (0.21 kg) facilitate mounting even in tight spaces. The possibility of mounting on a DIN rail or directly on a metal plate further increases the flexibility of application.
