Crimp terminals – a reliable element of electrical connections

Crimp terminal tinned, designed for crimping onto copper wires with a cross-section of 6 mm². Made of high-quality electrolytic copper, coated with tin, ensures excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The product meets the requirements of DIN 46228 standard, guaranteeing compatibility and safety of use. It is ideal for use in electrical installations, control cabinets and everywhere where a durable and reliable connection of the wire with the receiving element is required.

Construction and materials – the key to durability

Made of electrolytic copper (Cu-ETP), characterized by high purity and excellent conductive properties. Galvanic tinning of the surface provides protection against corrosion and oxidation, which translates into long-term connection reliability. Insulation made of polyamide (PA) protects against short circuits and mechanical damage, and also ensures thermal resistance in the range of -40°C to +125°C. Polyamide is a material resistant to impact and characterized by high resistance. The length of the ferrule is 10 mm, and the total length of the terminal is 18 mm.
