Mixing valve for precise temperature control

The VRG141 mixing valve is a four-way hydraulic component designed for efficient connection and regulation of the flow of heating or cooling medium in installations. Its design allows for precise maintenance of the desired temperature in the circuit, which translates to user comfort and energy savings. This is particularly important in underfloor heating systems, fan coil units or air conditioning.

Construction and application

Made of dezincification resistant brass (DZR), the VRG141 valve is characterized by high durability and corrosion resistance. DZR brass is a material that ensures reliability even in difficult operating conditions. Pressure class PN 10 guarantees safe operation in standard heating installations. Nominal diameter DN25 (1 inch) and high Kvs coefficient of 10 provide adequate flow for many applications.

This valve works perfectly with actuators, enabling automatic temperature control. Compact dimensions make installation easy even in tight spaces. The length of each connection is 41 mm, and the height of the handle/spindle is 52 mm. The maximum differential pressure at 20°C is 1 bar.
