This CEM25.10-110V-50/60HZ air contactor is a solid solution for remote control of electric motors and other energy consumers. It will work both in simple applications and in more advanced switching systems, star-delta or reversing. The contactor design allows for mounting on a TH35 rail or mounting plate, making installation easier in various conditions.

Characteristics and application

The CEM25.10 contactor is designed to operate with a control voltage of 110V AC (50/60Hz). The rated operating current for AC-3 at 400V is 25A, which allows for operation of motors up to 11 kW. This makes it an ideal choice for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. An additional NO auxiliary contact provides the ability to signal the operating status of the contactor, which increases safety and control over the system.

Construction and mounting

The contactor is characterized by a solid construction and high quality workmanship. It has frame terminals for connecting the main contacts, which ensures a secure and durable connection of the wires. The ability to install mechanical interlocks (BLIME 9-105) allows for connecting contactors of different sizes, and also increases safety of use. Additionally, it is possible to connect a surge protector BAM to the contactor coil, which provides additional protection against damage caused by overvoltage. Direct connection of an overload relay from the RE series is possible, which facilitates the implementation of comprehensive motor protection.
