Air contactor – reliable switching of loads

This three-pole air contactor CEM300E.22, with a rated current of 300A in AC-3 and a power of 160kW at 400V, is a solid solution for remote control of electric motors and other energy consumers. It will work both in simple applications and in more advanced switching systems, star-delta or reversing. Thanks to the universal control voltage AC/DC (208-250V), it can be easily integrated with various control systems.

Design and functionality for professionals

The contactor has been designed with easy installation and maintenance in mind. It is equipped with busbar connections for the main contacts, which facilitates the connection of wires with a larger cross-section. Availability of auxiliary contact blocks (2NO+2NC as standard, expandable) allows for the implementation of complex control and protection functions. The use of cage clamp terminals (in CEM112 - CEM300 models) ensures a secure connection of wires of different diameters. A built-in varistor (in CEM450 and CEM560 models) protects the coil from overvoltage, increasing the device's lifespan.

Safety and compliance with standards

The contactor meets the requirements of PN-IEC/PN-EN 60947 and DIN VDE 0660 standards, which guarantees its reliability and safety of use. The possibility of using a mechanical interlock BLIME (available separately) additionally protects the installation in systems requiring precise synchronization of contactor operation. The rated current AC-1 is 410A, which provides a power reserve for non-inductive loads.
