Air contactor CEM9.10-24V-50/60HZ 004642120
Air contactor for controlling motors and circuits
The CEM9.10-24V-50/60Hz contactor is a reliable device designed for remote switching on and off of electric motors and other energy consumers. It will work both in industrial installations and in home applications where effective control of electrical loads is required. The contactor design allows for mounting on both TH35 rail and mounting plate, which facilitates its integration with various systems.
Characteristics and application
This three-pole air contactor with a rated current of 9A (AC3) and a power of 4kW (AC3 at 400V) is ideal for applications requiring frequent switching on and off of inductive loads, such as induction motors. Thanks to the possibility of connecting an overload relay from the RE series, it provides comprehensive protection of the motor against overload. In addition, this contactor can be used in power switching circuits (SZR) and in star-delta circuits. The rated operating current for AC-1 is 25A, which allows it to be used also in non-inductive circuits.
Construction and functionality
The CEM9.10-24V-50/60Hz contactor has one normally open auxiliary contact (1NO), which can be used to signal the operating status of the device or to control other elements of the circuit. The connection of the main contacts is made using frame terminals, which ensures a secure and durable connection of the wires. The control voltage AC is 24V (50/60Hz), which makes it compatible with most standard control systems. The possibility of installing additional auxiliary contacts (front and side) increases the functionality of the contactor, allowing for the implementation of more complex control systems. A mechanical lock available separately (BLIME 9-105) allows for safe connection of contactors of different sizes.
