Central control module for bistable contactors

This central control module, designed to work with bistable contactors of the RBS series, allows remote control of the contactor regardless of the local on/off buttons. This is particularly useful in building and industrial automation systems where centralized circuit management is key. DIN rail mounting ensures easy installation and integration with existing infrastructure.

Functionality and application

The RBS-BIC module allows you to control the contactor with a single pulse, simplifying system configuration. The ability to connect a time relay expands its functionality, enabling the implementation of more complex control scenarios. Independent mounting on TH35 rail guarantees flexibility in the arrangement of installation elements. The module is compatible with AC voltage with a frequency of 50-60 Hz, making it a universal solution for various applications. It is possible to control up to 20 RBS contactors from a single module.

Construction and mounting

The RBS-BIC module occupies half a module on the DIN rail (width 0.5 module), allowing for optimal use of space in the switchgear cabinet. Mounting is done by simply attaching it to the TH35 rail. It should be remembered that only one module – RBS-BIC or RBS-BN11 – can be mounted to one RBS contactor. The solid construction ensures reliable operation in various environmental conditions.
