SZR Controller – Automatic Power Transfer Switch

The SZR ATSC25 controller is a device designed for automatic power transfer switching, ensuring uninterrupted power supply in 0.4 kV AC systems. It can work with various types of switches, contactors, and motor-driven disconnectors. Its main task is to monitor voltage and frequency in three phases, and in the event of a main power failure – automatically switch to emergency power (e.g., generator).

Functionality and application

The ATSC25 controller measures network parameters in three phases and has a relay output to start the generator. It also has an emergency fire input and an RS485 communication port, enabling remote monitoring and configuration. The device allows setting the priority of power networks (manually) and automatically selects the available network with correct parameters. Built-in indicators inform about the presence of voltage in the networks, the currently selected network, and any errors.

The controller's design allows mounting both on the front panel of distribution boards and on a standard TH35 rail, providing installation flexibility.
