Fuse disconnect switch – reliable circuit protection

The EFD 14 fuse disconnect switch is a simple yet effective solution for protecting electrical installations. Designed to work with 14x51 mm fuse links, it provides safe disconnection of the circuit in the event of an overload or short circuit. The single-pole design makes it ideal for protecting individual circuits.

Installation and application

The disconnect switch is mounted on a standard TH 35 rail, which simplifies and speeds up installation. It is designed to operate with an AC rated voltage of up to 690V and a rated current of up to 50A (information from another source). This makes it suitable for use in a variety of electrical installations – both in residential and industrial buildings. The ability to connect wires with a cross-section from 1.5 mm² to 35 mm² provides flexibility when selecting the appropriate supply wire. Visual status control

The EFD 14 disconnect switches are equipped with optical indication of the fuse link operation (LED or NEON). This is a very practical solution that allows for quick and easy identification of a blown fuse without having to disassemble the disconnect switch. This facilitates diagnostics and reduces repair time.
