Filtering fan – effective cooling and enclosure protection

This filtering fan is a reliable solution to ensure optimal climatic conditions in enclosures with electrical and electronic devices. Its task is to lower the temperature inside the enclosure and protect against the ingress of contaminants, which translates to a longer lifespan and trouble-free operation of the installed components. This is particularly important in applications where temperature may be critical to device operation.

The fan combines high performance with simple installation and operation. The use of a filter limits the access of dust and other contaminants to the inside of the enclosure, minimizing the risk of failure caused by contamination.

Design and operating parameters

The fan has been designed with easy installation and maintenance in mind. It has a terminal block to facilitate power connection, as well as a sliding filter mat replacement system that significantly simplifies operation. Installation is quick thanks to special clips – no additional tools are required. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures reliable operation in a wide temperature range – from -25°C to +60°C. The IP54 protection class guarantees resistance to the ingress of solids and splashing water, making it ideal for use in harsh industrial environments.

Airflow is 457 m³/h (maximum), and 325 m³/h when using an outlet grille with a filter. Filtration class G3 ensures effective retention of dust and dust particles. Ball bearings of the fan ensure quiet operation (noise level 60 dB) and long device life. The maximum static pressure is 136 Pa. The mounting hole dimensions are 291 x 291 mm, and the housing color is RAL7035.
