Flush-mounted distribution box for modular devices

This ECM24PT-s flush-mounted distribution box is a practical solution for electrical installations in residential and industrial buildings. It provides a safe and aesthetic way to mount modular devices, offering an IP40 degree of protection. Made of durable plastic, it is resistant to mechanical damage and provides good insulation. Transparent doors make it easy to monitor the condition of the installation without having to open the housing.

Construction and mounting

The housing is designed for flush mounting, allowing it to be discreetly integrated into the wall. Made of ABS plastic, it is characterized by high dielectric and mechanical strength. Inside there is a DIN rail for mounting modular devices and PE and N terminals, ensuring safe connection of grounding and neutral. Thanks to two rows, the distribution box offers space for 24 modules, allowing for the construction of an extensive protection and control system. The installation depth is 68 mm and the width is 283 mm.

Functionality and safety

The ECM24PT-s distribution box meets the requirements of the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive, which guarantees no interference with the operation of electrical devices. Protection class II provides additional safety, eliminating the need to connect a protective conductor. The busbars with PE/N terminals are protected against accidental contact, minimizing the risk of electric shock. It is possible to mount the busbar at the top or bottom of the housing, as well as add an additional PE/N busbar (PST-UNI). The split N busbar allows for the installation of more than one residual current device (for housings from 18 modules). The set includes angled brackets for flush mounting and stickers for labeling the protected circuits.
