Flush-mounted distribution box for safe and discreet installation of electrical installations

This flush-mounted distribution box from ETI Polam is an ideal solution for residential buildings, offices, schools, and industrial facilities. It provides a safe and aesthetic way to mount modular equipment, protecting it from mechanical damage and environmental influences. The design adapted for flush mounting allows for discreet integration into the wall, maintaining the aesthetics of the interior.

Solid construction and high protection

The housing made of high-quality plastic guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. Metal doors further strengthen the structure and provide safety. The IP40 protection rating protects against access to live parts and the ingress of solid objects larger than 1mm, which is particularly important in dusty environments. Protection class II provides additional safety, eliminating the need to connect a protective conductor.

Technical parameters and application

The ERP24-3 distribution box offers space for 24 modules in three rows, allowing for the installation of a wide range of protective and control devices. A depth of 120 mm provides comfortable space for routing cables, also under the TH35 mounting rail. It is designed to operate at temperatures from -25°C to +60°C, making it a universal solution for various environmental conditions. The rated current of 63A and voltage of 400V allow it to be used in standard electrical installations.

The distribution box has dimensions: width 542 mm, height 600 mm and depth 120 mm. Inside, it can accommodate up to 72 modules, arranged in three rows of 24 modules each. The housing is made of plastic, and the door of metal, both elements are kept in white RAL9016 color, providing an IP40 protection rating.

Thanks to the possibility of changing the direction of door opening (left/right), the distribution box is easy to adapt to specific installation needs. Additional accessories, such as a lock with a key or N and PE busbars, allow for expanding functionality and adapting to individual project requirements.
