The NH000 gG 40A/690V fuse link is an element ensuring effective protection against the effects of short circuits and overloads in industrial installations. The design and electrical parameters of the fuse link comply with PN-93/E-06160 (gF), PN-IEC-269 and VDE 0636 standards, which guarantees its reliable operation and safety of use.

This fuse link, with a time-delay characteristic (gG), is perfect for protecting general-purpose cables and circuits. This means that it allows for short-term exceeding of the rated current without disconnecting the circuit – which is particularly important when starting devices with motors or other loads with high inrush current. The short-circuit breaking capacity at 100 kA ensures a quick response in the event of a failure, minimizing the risk of damage and hazards to people.

The design of the fuse link has been carefully thought out in terms of durability and ease of use. The body made of steatite, a material with high thermal stability, and the silver-plated brass knife contacts ensure reliable connections and corrosion resistance. The fuse link is equipped with a double tripping indicator – a red eye on the ceramic body and a springy plate on the cover – which makes it easy to quickly identify a blown fuse. Additionally, the indicator on the top cover enables cooperation with the NVS 5 microswitch for remote tripping signaling, which increases the comfort of monitoring the installation status.

It is worth noting the filling of the body with quartz sand of a special granulation – this solution ensures high short-circuit breaking capacity and stable electrical parameters of the fuse link. Insulated handles (NH…/I…) are also available to increase safety during installation and replacement of fuse links.
