NH2/K 250A/690V fuse link is a safety element protecting electrical circuits against overload and short circuit. Designed for use in installations with a rated voltage of up to 690V, it provides effective protection for equipment and cables. Its time-delay characteristic (gG) makes it ideal for circuits with high starting currents – e.g., electric motors – allowing for short-term exceeding of the rated current without unnecessary disconnection.

Design and application

The fuse link manufactured by ETI POLAM, belongs to the WT-NH series, is characterized by a solid construction and high reliability. The rated current of 250A makes it suitable for protecting circuits with medium and high load capacity. It has a blown indicator, which facilitates the identification of a blown fuse. Additionally, the fuse link is equipped with an arc quencher, which extinguishes the electric arc generated during short-circuit current flow, increasing safety. The lack of metal insulated grips (IMGL) means a standard design, compatible with most switchboards and fuse holders.

For installers and end-users

Installation of the fuse link is simple and intuitive – just place it in the appropriate fuse holder. This allows both professional installers and end-users to easily replace a blown fuse.
