Hermetic enclosure for indoor and outdoor applications

This robust GT 100-60-30 hermetic enclosure, made of steel and powder-coated in gray (RAL 7035), provides reliable protection for electrical equipment. Designed for both industrial and residential applications, it is ideal for environments exposed to water, dust and mechanical damage. The enclosure is equipped with a mounting plate, which facilitates installation and internal organization.

Construction and user features

The GT 100-60-30 enclosure is characterized by a solid steel construction with a thickness of 1.2 mm to 2 mm, which guarantees high mechanical strength. The mounting plate made of galvanized steel with a thickness of 2 mm further strengthens the structure. The door opens within the enclosure outline, allowing direct connection of several enclosures in series and mounting in room corners. A molded polyurethane gasket on the door and cable gland provides a high degree of protection IP66 against dust and water ingress. Grounding terminals M6x12 located in the body and door increase safety.

Safety and compliance with standards

The enclosure meets the IEC 61140 standard, protection class I, which means that all conductive elements are connected to the grounding system. It also has a high degree of resistance to mechanical impact - IK10. The use of polyester paint and compliance with the RoHS directive demonstrate a concern for the natural environment. The door closure is secured with a lock (depending on the height of the enclosure: one lock up to 400 mm, two locks from 500 mm or a three-point latch from 1000 mm), and the ability to replace the lock provides additional security against unauthorized access. The enclosure is designed for surface mounting.
