Safety and installation protection with NH1 125A fuse link
The NH1 125A gF 500V fuse link is a reliable element protecting electrical installations from the effects of short circuits and overloads. Designed for use in industrial networks, it provides effective protection of wires and cables, minimizing the risk of failures and downtime. Its design and parameters have been designed with demanding working conditions in mind, and the use of high-quality materials guarantees long life and stable operation.
Characteristics and application
The NH1 fuse link, manufactured by ETI POLAM, is a key element in ensuring safety in low-voltage switchboards and in the current paths of industrial installations. Its rated current of 125A and voltage of 500V make it an ideal solution for protecting lines of medium power. The gF characteristic (fast) means that the fuse link reacts very quickly to sudden current increases, which is particularly important in applications requiring rapid intervention in the event of short circuits. A combined (double) operating indicator provides an additional level of control and status signaling of the fuse link.
Fast reaction: The gF characteristic guarantees a lightning-fast reaction to current surges, protecting sensitive devices.
Versatility: Suitable for protecting various industrial circuits.
Durability: Made of high-quality materials, resistant to mechanical and thermal damage.
Operating indicator: Allows quick identification of a blown fuse link without the need for disassembly.
Compliance with standards: Meets the requirements of PN-93/E-06160, PN, IEC-269 and VDE 0636 standards, ensuring safety and reliability of operation.
Construction and assembly
NH1 fuse links are characterized by a solid construction ensuring reliable operation even in difficult industrial conditions. The body is made of durable steatite, which perfectly insulates and protects against the effects of high temperatures. Silver-plated knife contacts ensure low current passage resistance and minimize energy losses. Assembly is carried out in dedicated fuse bases using an insulating handle – which ensures safety during fuse replacement. Remember that damaged fuse links should not be repaired or reused – they should always be replaced with new ones.
