Mounting plate for SOLID GSX enclosures – versatile application and easy installation

This mounting plate PM 1 E12 M 3P, with a width of 250 mm and a height of 300 mm, is a key element of the SOLID GSX system, designed for mounting electrical equipment. Made of durable steel and protected with galvanizing, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. Its design is intended for easy adaptation to various applications, eliminating the need for additional drilling or cutting holes.

The plate is perforated, allowing for flexible mounting of devices. Thanks to dedicated CP covers and a wide range of LG-V mounting elements, the mounting depth of the equipment can be optimally adjusted. The SOLID GSX system allows for vertical and horizontal division of the enclosure using EP-W dividers and BL-WP beams. Importantly, structural elements and accessories are compatible with various types of enclosures from this system.

Construction and installation – for professionals and users

The PM 1 E12 M 3P plate was designed with installers in mind. Made of galvanized steel sheet with a thickness of 1.5 mm to 3 mm, it has bent edges for increased rigidity. LG-V, LG-V5, LG-V6-B, LG-V6-D or LG-V6R-B elements are used for mounting on vertical supports WP-A. For correct positioning of the plate, it has a positioning hole in the lower left corner. A TH rail with a height of 15 mm is installed in plates intended for EB/ED and modular apparatus switches/disconnectors.

Application and compatibility

The mounting plate is dedicated to EB2/ED2 125, 160 and 250A switches/disconnectors (3 and 4-pole versions) and modular equipment. Please remember that to mount the switch/disconnector on the plate, you also need: M4 DIN 126 washers (AW-R 4), M4 DIN 127 spring washers (AW-S 4) and M4 DIN 934 nuts (AN-H 4) – depending on the version (3P or 4P). The product meets the requirements of the RoHS directive, which means restriction of the use of hazardous materials. The operating temperature range is from -5°C to +40°C.
