Functionality and technical parameters

The ETIMAT 10 circuit breaker with a rated current of 0.5A and C characteristic is an ideal solution for circuits with devices generating short-term current surges, e.g. motors. The C characteristic allows it to react more slowly to short current surges, therefore it tolerates well the starting of devices with a motor. The rated short-circuit breaking capacity at 10kA at 230V and 400V and 15kA (Icu) ensures effective disconnection of the circuit in the event of a failure. The two-pole design allows protecting two phase conductors simultaneously. The width of 2 modules facilitates mounting in electrical switchboards.

Installation and additional possibilities

The ETIMAT 10 circuit breaker offers great flexibility of installation – it can be mounted on TH35 rail from above or below. Additionally, the possibility of mounting auxiliary contacts (PS ETIMAT 10) and overcurrent release (DA ETIMAT 10) expands the functionality of the device. The circuit breaker has a contact position indicator and the possibility of sealing the lever in the "On" and "Off" positions, which increases safety and prevents accidental changes of settings. The "ON/OFF" marking on the switching lever facilitates operation. The cross-section of the connected single-wire or multi-wire conductor up to 25 mm² ensures compatibility with various types of conductors.
